Lately, I’ve been into gold necklaces. Since, I’m tan skinned, I usually go for jewelry that’s gold to compliment my skin tone and not wear me out. I don’t usually wear a lot of jewelry but when I do, I like to go for a statement necklace. They’re a great piece to make a garment stand out. Wear it with a little black dress and your outfit immediately go from basic to glam. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on statement necklaces. I love shopping at Forever 21 and H&M for my necklaces because they carry a lot of variety and the prices are very affordable. So, the next time you think about buying new clothes, try pairing them with a statement necklace instead and see the transformation. You’ll save money and get the opportunity to experiment with different styles. Have fun!

My boyfriend got me this Urban Decay Vice Palette for our 4 year anniversary and I was so surprised. Since owning the Naked 2 palette and loving it, I was very excited to try the Vice 2 palette. I’m not the type of girl who wear a lot of bright colors on my eyes, I love neutrals and brown tones. Since, my bf was so nice to buy me this, I thought I can experiment more with colors.
This palette features 20 new shades of colors, a dual-end brush and the best part, it’s all inside this beautiful and chic palette.
After having this palette for 2 months, I can say that this is the perfect palette to use for all occasions. Even though, it has a lot of bright colors, there’s a lot of neutral colors in the palette, which I love because they could be use as transition colors for a smokey-eye. The colors are pigmented (especially when used with the UD Primer Potion.) and true to the shade that you see in the palette.
The only con I would say about this palette is the fact that it lacks a lot of matte colors. The majority of the colors in the palette has a lot of shimmers.
At Ulta, this palette is retail for $59.00, which is a very good price for 20 colors.
So I’ve been into MAC lipsticks a lot lately. These are just 5 that I own.
These colors are very creamy and pigmented. I love using Fan Fare (as you can tell) as my everyday lip color, because it’s just the perfect pink that’s not too bold. I can wear it to work and class. For a night out, I love wearing Candy Yum Yum and Vegas Volt. They’re bold and will definitely make you stand out. The last color that I purchased, which I was very excited about is, Heroine. It’s a very pretty and bold purple color that is great on all skin tones.
At the MAC store, these lipsticks are retail for $15 each, which is a good price for the quality that I’m getting.
